Summary:

Despite the deaths of multiple American servicemembers in Iraq as a result of poor electrical work in showers on American bases, a military investigation found that the risk of additional deaths persists, according to a report made to General David Petraeus, commander of forces in Iraq at the time. The Associated Press used FOIA to obtain a copy of the report.

Notes:
