Summary: | More than a year after releasing an investigative report -- fully redacted except for two sentences -- into suspicious behavior by 13 Middle Eastern men aboard a 2004 flight from Detroit to Los Angeles, the Department of Homeland Security Inspector General re-released the report which backs accounts of passengers on the flight. The re-release came in May 2007, 13 months after an April 2006 Freedom of Information Act request. The newly released report documents failures of government officials. | ||
